What is possible?
- You are welcome to book the entire property. This is our preferred option, and it will also be for you as it comes with lesser restrictions.
- If you really need to keep it small, and are planning your wedding flow to not dilute the experience of other guests, this could be an option. You must then work with only a couple venue options and restrictions of decor, light and sound. Only Yogshala, Green deck, and Camp Aquaterra can be part of this option. No other areas may be used for decor or ceremonies. Poolside venue can be used but must close by 10pm.

What we can Offer?
We are an activity lodge, our package costs include accommodation, meals and in-house
activities. We have a panel of specialists for decor, music, planning, photography etc. so we can
also give you a comprehensive offer through our wedding planner
We have menu options available in case of property buy out; where you can let us know your preference/choice of options and we will try our best to accommodate the same. If you do not plan a buy-out, our regular rolling menu will apply, for you , as we well as for other guests at the property
We have both non-veg & veg options. While we can serve snacks at most venues, buffet meals will be served at the Cafe and terrace only, to keep food quality up.
Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and departures / arrivals of other guests
Bonfire is arranged on our common cafe deck which is common for all guests. We do not have provision to arrange the bonfire near cottages as it’s a fire hazard. At common venues like poolside, green deck, mango deck etc, small pan fires are arranged in winters.
Personal music is allowed only in case of a full property buy-out. We do not allow loud music around cottages as we are in the forest area. We encourage you to pick unplugged, acoustic evenings that lend themselves to the surroundings which can be on till 10 PM, at the poolside venue
If you book poolside, you will have exclusive access once climbing/pool use gets over by 7pm. Please note these venues will not be available for decor unless there is a property buy-out. Venue charges are for use of venue only, but it does not entail access of the venue from a decor standpoint, if the venue is of common guest use.
Yes, one long table in the cafe/terrace can be reserved for the wedding group.
We can arrange the same at an additional cost on our mango deck (open area).
Booking Policies
We understand that we can be faced with unforeseen and very challenging situations including but not limited to due to inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions, travel bans, epidemics or pandemics, or any other cause. In such cases, we will allow a one-time date change amendment without any charges, until one year from the date of the original booking. Any difference in tariff will be borne by the client. This flexibility will be available to those bookings where we have received 100% payment.
We will hold a block for your program once the final dates and confirmation are received from you. 50% advance should be paid on the date of confirmation and the balance can be paid for 21 days before the arrival date.. All other services besides the inclusions above will be extra.
